Next steps for the Site include designs for the proposed redevelopment and the preparation of RAPs with proposed remedial measures for the Site.

The following is an anticipated timeline for grant implementation and redevelopment:

Spa Road:
3rd and 4th Quarter, 2026: Develop 30% design, prepare and submit RAP
October 1, 2026: If awarded, grant period starts
October 2026 – September 30, 2030: Implement RAP during redevelopment of Site
September 30, 2030: Grant period concludes

Weems Whalen Field:
3rd Quarter, 2026: Feasibility study for stormwater controls, design development
4th Quater, 2026: Submit and approve RAP
