Site Activity

The Spa Road Property was accepted into the MDE Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) on January 6, 2026. The property has been subdivided to facilitate an expedited cleanup of the Weems Whalen field. A separate application to the VCP has been prepared for the Weems Whalen field and a portion of outlying areas to facilitate a faster transition through the VCP and remediation.
